Map 23 – Pretty River – Ed 31 Or the Bruce Trail App
Description: From the parking area, access the trail at the 42.4 mark. Here, the trail turns right and heads back to the edge of the Escarpment past a scenic viewpoint [42.8]. At this location, the Standing Rock & Caves Side Trail exits to the left, going down through slippery crevices between dolostone blocks. (Don’t take this turn).
The main Trail turns right. Follow the main Trail to the end of the Singhampton Side Trail [43.2]. Go straight on the Singhampton Side Trail until it reconnects with the Main Trail [41.3]. Turn right on the Main Trail back to the parking area. Please stay on the marked trails.
Parking: Roadside parking – km 42.4 at the north end of Osprey-Clearview Townline. ( 6 cars)
Terrain: Some hills, slippery areas and jumbled rock debris in certain areas.
Getting there: Travel south from Collingwood on County Rd 124, turn right on County Rd 91, and turn right on County Rd 31 until it becomes Eagle Crescent.
