The Board of Directors of the Blue Mountains Bruce Trail Club (BMBTC) looks forward to sharing information about the previous year and plans for the future with our members at our upcoming Annual General Meeting. Our meeting will be held in person on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 3 pm at All Saints Anglican Church.
The Annual General Meeting package including reports from the Board of Directors for 2023-24 will be available online at bmbtc.org one week in advance. The nominations for BMBTC Directors for 2024-25 will also be included. Download Agenda
The AGM meeting will be followed by a potluck dinner.
There will be a draw at the end of the meeting for five prizes from the Bruce Trail Conservancy store. Winners will be notified after the meeting.
You will notice on the Agenda that there will be time for questions concerning the reports and nominations. Please note that nominations for Directors can also be submitted prior to the meeting by emailing info@bmbtc.org, in addition to being nominated from the floor at the AGM.
